Inside, the bar hums with life. There’s a man in a plaid suit. Characters from all walks of eras and kitchens trade tales about how they might’ve done it differently. Outside, the climate shifts wildly—ice crumbles in the distance, and giant red rocks stretch taller, overshadowing the soirée beyond the amber lake.

The walls pulsate, dripping with wax; quicksand outta quartz. Silverfish stop taking cover and the rats run free. Everyone here knows tonight is the last night.

So, tonight…
Do you dance?
Do you streak through the tall grass and skinny-dip in molasses?
Do you bring your old coworker a bouquet of lilies and scream how much you wish you had more time?

Because nothing much matters anymore.
And yet, everything does.

This candle, Shadows of the Low Midnight Sun, is the last candle to burn down on the last collective night on Earth.

It is blue-collar farmers, poets and painters, lovers and coal miners, all one and the same.
It is vetiver bursting into a wild and riotous ozone, breathing green, shooting north—before being pulled down, swallowed whole, by the sticky and all-too-convincing resinous amber.

Tonight is the last night on Earth.
